City leaders announce mental health crisis response program

CINCINNATI — On Thursday morning, Cincinnati Mayor Aftab Pureval and other metropolis leaders introduced a new pilot method aimed at delivering unarmed mental health and fitness responders to Cincinnati’s 911 process.
